Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Class Compass app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.​

2. Description of Service

Class Compass provides information about teacher tutorial schedules and the current A-Day/B-Day schedule. It requires a login through Home Access Center (HAC) and is being used in schools across Frisco ISD.​

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.​

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, data mining, or impersonating another user.​

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice.​

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Class Compass immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.​

7. Limitation of Liability

Class Compass, its developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.​

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.​
